There is something special about quilts. From family heirlooms to newly-made treasures, all quilts offer comfort and beauty. Quilts invite us to touch them and absorb the love with which they were made. We wrap ourselves up in their warmth.

Making quilts is an amazing process and almost anyone can do it. At its core, this is a simple craft that can be learned in a few hours. With a basic set of tools and a few skills, you can make a lovely quilt.   Moving beyond basics, you can spend a lifetime mastering the craft of quilting and developing an artful practice of making.
